In-Store Exchange Policy

  • All items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and with the original sewn in tags still intact.
  • All exchanged items should be postmarked 14 days from original date of purchase.
  • Store credit will be issued for any defective items, and should be returned within 2 days of purchase. *Sizing is NOT a defect*
  • Merchandise may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value. Store credit may be issued on a case by case basis, to which a customer may then apply to their next order. 
  • All sales on clearance items, swimwear & jewelry are FINAL and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Any item NOT in its original condition that is damaged due to no fault of our own will not be accepted for return or exchange – Period. No questions asked.
